OBELISK! Just a very intriguing thing for me.
Week seven already in my Chose To Move...let me introduce to you the EXERCISE BALL! Today I've started very slowly on it...of course, I have to admit I feel like an elephant on top of it trying to balance. No, not really...I found it easier than it looked.....and boy, it's been 6 hours and I can already 'feel' something! Truly, it's fun and doesn't feel like 'exercising'! This week is highlighting 'De-Stressing the Stressed Out', so I tun to my 'things that stress me out' chart. Sometimes I feel 'stressed out' now I have a chart in front of me and I can't list anything!? ...weird. Perhaps, it's in our culture to say we are stressed out..kind of join the club type thing. As I sit here in a very unstressed manner, listing things that are stressing at the time almost makes it silly.....like, crumbs on the table. On a serious side...crowds- that stresses me out...or is that just anxiety?..I think so simplistically..if crowds bother me don't go in them! Real simple. Being late stresses me - so I just make sure I'm not late. simple.
I think it's stressing me out just trying to fill the chart. What stresses you out?..other than reading a post that uses one word to death ;)
OK I checked out the exercise ball and it looks deadly to me! Seriously, it's almost as big as the man in the picture. Did you get some time of dvd to go with it? It's great that you are really sticking with this and even expanding on what you are doing. I tend to run out of steam pretty quickly on the self-improvement front.
